Help in Weight-Loss in 7 Days
Warning
this is not the replacement for original daily base diet. This diet only use
for specific purpose . Gm diet for weight loss is day by day is below.
Day 1
Eat
fruit as much as you can accept banana. Take minimum 8-10 glasses of water
daily. Include cucumber as your regular diet.
Day 2
Second
day meal base on veggies of all kind boiled or raw doesn't matter. As hot boiled
potato and lots of water. Don't consider egg as your diet this day.
Day 3
This
day is a mixture of day one and two make any combination as your diet and
according to your taste.
Day 4
You
are half way there take banana and milk is your meal now. No more than 8
bananas and 4 glasses of milk are required for your task.
Day 5
This
day is very important use red meat, chicken, fish boil or fry them using
tomatoes , Union , salt , pepper , lemon juice and green herbs.
All other days stick to these meals you can add fruit juice as alternative of fruits. If you are properly using milk do not swallow other dairy products. Packed food items heavy oil and processed food are not allowed. You can add lemon juice, spices and herbs to your foods. No salad, pickles and sauces even no cheese should be in your meal.
You can sip cup of black coffee and green tea.
Use less sugar as you can use
steamers and pressure cookers to cook your food.
